Method 1: Using Command Prompt (CMD)
1. Open the Windows search bar and type CMD.
2. Right click on the result and select Run as administrator.
3. Copy the command found in the article description and paste it into the Command Prompt window.
4. Press Enter to execute the command and wait for it to finish.
Method 2: Modify the Windows Registry
1. Open the Windows search bar and type regedit.
2. Right click on the result and select Run as administrator.
3. In Registry Editor, click the arrow to expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
4. Click the arrow to expand SYSTEM.
5. Click the arrow to expand CurrentControlSet.
6. Click the arrow to expand Services.
7. Find the sysmogin entry and double-click it.
8. In the Value field, change the number to 4.
9. Click OK to save the changes.
